Welcome to the Icedistro Distribution Program. We provide the infrastructure for jewelry retailers, online brands, and independent jewelers to scale their inventory with high-quality iced-out pieces.

1. Ordering

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Our standard MOQ for wholesale pricing starts at $500 USD or 10 units per order. For custom-manufactured (OEM) designs, MOQs typically start at 30 pieces per design.

Do you offer “Tiered Pricing”? Yes. The more you scale, the more you save. We offer three tiers:

  • Tier 1: Bulk orders ($500 – $2,500)

  • Tier 2: Silver Distributor ($2,501 – $10,000)

  • Tier 3: Platinum Partner ($10,000+)

2. Products & Quality Control

Will your Moissanite pass a diamond tester? Yes. All Icedistro Moissanite is VVS1+ quality and is guaranteed to pass a thermal diamond tester. Every wholesale stone over 0.5ct comes with an individual GRA Certification report.

What base metals do you use? Our standard production uses 925 Sterling Silver or Brass (for entry-level price points). Upon request, we can manufacture in 10K, 14K, or 18K Gold. All our silver is triple-plated in 14K Gold or Rhodium to prevent tarnishing.

3. Custom Design (OEM/ODM)

Can you manufacture my own brand’s designs? Absolutely. We specialize in taking your 2D sketches or CAD files and turning them into physical products. We provide a Master Sample for approval before moving into full-scale production.

Can you put my brand logo on the jewelry? Yes, we can laser-engrave your logo on the clasps of chains, the inside of ring bands, or create custom-branded jewelry boxes and hangtags.

4. Shipping & Logistics

How do you handle international customs and duties? We ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS. For wholesale orders, the receiver is responsible for any local import duties. However, we provide professional commercial invoices to ensure your shipment clears customs as quickly as possible.

Do you offer Blind Dropshipping? Yes. We can ship orders directly to your customers with no Icedistro branding or invoices inside the package. This allows you to run your business without holding inventory.

5. Returns & Warranties

What is the return policy for wholesale orders? Due to the deep discounts provided on wholesale orders, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. We conduct a 3-step QC process on every bulk order before it leaves our facility to ensure zero defects.
