1. Chain Length & Style Guide

In hip-hop fashion, the length of the chain determines the “vibe”. We offer inventory ranging from 16″ to 24″ inches, allowing you to cover everything from the modern “tight choker” look to the traditional “mid-chest” pendant hang. This guide may help you choose the right “drop” for the style.

1.1. Pro-Tips for Chains

  • The “Link Thickness” Factor: Remember that a 12mm or 14mm Cuban Link will feel tighter than a 3mm Rope chain. We always suggest that customers buying thick links go up one size (e.g., if they usually wear 18″, buy a 20″).
  • Layering (The Stack): To get the perfect “Iced Out Stack,” recommend customers buy two lengths with a 2-inch gap (e.g., a 18″ Tennis Chain paired with a 20″ Cuban Link).

1.2. Standard Sizes

Length (Inches) Best For… Common Fit Style
16″ (40cm) The Modern Choker Sits high on the neck. Perfect for thin Tennis chains or for a “stacked” layered look.
18″ (45cm) The Base Layer Sits at the base of the neck. This is the standard “choker” length for men with larger necks.
20″ (50cm) The Daily Driver Hits the collarbone. Our most popular size for standalone Cuban links.
22″ (55cm) The Pendant Solo Sits just below the collarbone. Ideal for showcasing a custom nameplate or Jesus piece.
24″ (60cm) The Stree Classic Hits the middle of the chest. Provides a relaxed, “old school” hip-hop aesthetic.
30″ The Oversized “flex” pieces Sits at the center of the chest. Ideal for heavyweight Cuban chains.

2. Bracelet Sizing & Fitment Guide

Getting the right fit for an iced-out bracelet is crucial. Because hip-hop styles like Cuban Links and Tennis Bracelets are often thicker than standard jewelry, they sit differently on the wrist. A bracelet should be loose enough to move slightly on your wrist but tight enough that it doesn’t slide over your hand.

2.1. Measurement

Use a soft measuring tape to find your wrist circumference just above the wrist bone. The Golden Rule for Fit:

  • Snug Fit: Add 0.25″ to your wrist measurement.
  • Comfort Fit (Recommended): Add 0.5″ to your wrist measurement.
  • Loose/Street Fit: Add 1.0″ to your wrist measurement.

2.2. Standard Sizes

  • 7.0″ (18cm): Small/Medium (Common for women or lean men).
  • 7.5″ (19 cm): A common size for a tighter, “no-slip” feel on a standard wrist.
  • 8.0″ (20cm): Large (The standard “mens” size for Cuban and Tennis bracelets).
  • 8.5″ (21.5 cm): For those with thicker builds or who prefer the bracelet to hang lower on the hand.
  • 9.0″ (23cm): Extra Large (For heavy-set wrists or a “loose hang” look).

2.3 Pro-Tips for Iced Out Bracelets

  • Width Affects Length: A 14mm Cuban Link bracelet will feel tighter than a 5mm Tennis Bracelet of the same length because the thickness of the metal reduces the inner diameter.
  • The “Two-Finger” Test: You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the bracelet and the wrist. If you can’t, the piece is too tight and puts unnecessary stress on the clasp and stones.
  • Layering Bracelets: When “stacking” (wearing multiple bracelets), we recommend ordering one size in 8.0″ and the second in 8.5″ so they sit naturally on top of each other rather than overlapping.

3. Icedistro Ring Sizing Guide

A perfectly fitted ring should be snug enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with slight resistance. Sizes 8, 9, and 10 are “High-Velocity” sizes that fit the majority of adult males.

3.1. Measurement

  1. Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on.
  2. Mark the point where the ends meet.
  3. Measure the string/paper against a ruler in millimeters (mm).
  4. Use the table below to find your size.

3.2. Official Size Chart (US Sizes)

US Size Inside Diameter (mm) Inside Circumference (mm) Recommended For…
6 16.5 mm 51.9 mm Women’s standard / Men’s pinky ring.
7 17.3 mm 54.4 mm Men’s pinky ring / Lean ring finger.
8 18.1 mm 57 mm Standard men’s ring finger.
9 19 mm 59.5 mm  Average men’s ring or middle finger.
10 19.8 mm 62.1 mm Large men’s ring or middle finger.
11 20.6 mm 64.6 mm Extra-large / Thumb ring.

3.3 Pro-Tips for Iced Out Rings

  • The Wide-Band Factor: Many hip-hop rings have thick, “flooded” bands. A wider band takes up more volume on the finger and feels tighter than a thin wedding band. If the ring band is wider than 6mm, we recommend ordering one size up.
  • Knuckle vs. Base: If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between the two. The ring must be able to clear the knuckle.
  • Temperature Matters: Fingers shrink in the cold and swell in the heat or after exercise. For the most accurate result, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are warm.
