Thank you for choosing Icedistro. We are committed to delivering your “ice” safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Because we handle high-value Moissanite and custom-made pieces, please review our specific policies below.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders placed for standard chains (16″–24″), bracelets, and rings are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Jewelry (OEM/ODM): Because custom nameplates and “Bust Down” pieces require hand-setting stones, please allow 10–15 business days for production before shipping.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship globally using fully insured, trackable couriers to ensure your package never goes missing.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Icedistro, we stand behind the quality of our VVS Moissanite and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

2.1 14-Day Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition.

  • In the original packaging (box and authenticity cards).

  • Free of any scratches or signs of wear.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Design Jewelry: Any piece made-to-order (custom names, unique sizes, or engraved items) cannot be returned as they are unique to you.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event.

2.3 Sizing Exchanges

Ordered a 20″ chain but realized you need a 22″? We offer easy exchanges.

  • Bracelets & Chains: We will exchange for a different length; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Rings: Because iced-out rings cannot be resized, please ensure you use our Ring Sizing Guide before ordering.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email inquiry@icedistro.com with your Order # and a photo of the item.

  2. Inquiry Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship It Back: Send the package using a trackable service. Icedistro is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
